Director of the Youth Initiative for Human Rights Association in Bosnia and Herzegovina (YIHRBH), created in 2003 and whose purpose is the protection of victims of human rights violations, as well as the promotion of the truth about wars to the former Yugoslavia. YIHRBH wants to highlight the importance of memory in the country, as there is still a denial of the grave violations of human rights that occurred in the decade of the 90s.
Alma also participates in the Memory Lab project, an exchange and learning platform that connects institutions, entities, and people who promote the recovery of memory in several European territories.
